Indoor Court Reservations: We are now offering a full Schedule of 7:30 am-10:30 pm Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-10:30 pm Sat and 8:30 am-10:30 pm Sunday. Indoor Courts can now be reserved by calling MCTC 425-224-4167.

Club Programs Starting: Jr Program ( see below), Ball Machine Boot Camp, Private Lessons, Ladies 3.0 Night, Ladies 4.0 Night, Ladies Sat Breakfast Club, Tues Men’s Night, Thurs Night M’s 7:30 pm and 9 pm Night. 

Jr Program:  All Monday-Thursday Classes are starting the week of January 11th. All Fri-Sat-Sun Classes are scheduled for January 15th Weekend start.  We will honor Credits from the November closure. The priority for the January Jr Program will go to the returning students from November. If you are a new student and are interested in joining the Jr Program, please e-mail Coach Roger: roger@avantisports.com with your contact info.

To All MCTC Members and Tennis Enthausists: Mill Creek Tennis Club will re-open Monday, June 1st under the Snohomish County modified Phase 1 guidelines. We are booking member reservations for our lighted outdoor courts with Covid-19 safety protocols.
The club will be operating a limited tennis program and will be staffed on a modified schedule, Mon-Sunday, 9 am-9 pm. Members can call 425-224-4167 to reserve a court. We anticipate indoor tennis and a widening of our programs to start with either Phase 2 or Phase 3 of the Washington State re-opening plan. We thank all members who have supported us in the past 2 1/2 months and we are happy to welcome all back.

MCTC COVID-19 Safety Protocol

MCTC will be updating our Covid Policies as follows:

1. Proof of vaccination will no longer be required.

2. Masks will be optional on and off the courts. Masks will be required on the court in all Ball Machine Boot Camps and Fri, Sat, and Sun Jr programs due to their high density of players to the court.

3. If you are sick or have tested positive, please inform us ASAP so we can contact those  who were in close proximity. We ask you to quarantine for 5-10 days and test negative before returning to the club.                                       

4. Court Reservations Required (We need to know who is using the courts for contact tracing requirements). Call 425-224-4167 to schedule a reservation.

5. Arrive only 10 mins before your court time. Check in with the front desk for your temperature check and court assignment.

6. Wash your hands before and after your court session.

7. Cover coughs & sneezes.  Avoid touching your face during your court session. 

8. Practice Social Distancing: Maintain a minimum of 6 ft distance between other players and coaches on and off courts. Avoid sitting on the benches and congregating.

9. No hand shaking, high fives, or chest bumps. Do not switch sides on odd games.

10. To clear errant balls use your racquet to flick or your foot to kick the ball.

11. Use the hand sanitizers provided on court.

12. Wash your hands immediately after your court time.

13. Bring H20, the Water Station is temporarily closed.

14. For Safety, the Showers and Weight Room are closed. Towel service is temporarily suspended.

Now Offering: Touchless Stringing Service @MCTC

Per Governor Inslee’s orders, Mill Creek Tennis Club will not be able to open it’s doors until May 4th, 2020 (at the earliest) EDIT: June 1st, 2020 as of 5/29/2020. In order to serve our members and Pro Shop customers during this time, we will now be offering a Touchless Stringing Service.

Members and customers will be able to engage in “Touchless” Curbside pickup/dropoff. For example: You pull up with your racquets in the trunk of your car, call us so that we know you’re there, pop the trunk, and we pull the racquets out. Customers will not even need to leave the drivers’ seat.

We will be available for racquet drop-off and pick-up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays ONLY from 9am to 12pm. Our average turnaround will be 48 hours. Ideally, if we receive a racquet on Monday, we will have it done by Wednesday; receive Wednesday, done Friday; etc.
EDIT 5/29/2020: MCTC is now open from 9am-9pm Monday-Sunday. Our average turnaround for stringing will be 48hrs. We are subject to early closure if we lack court reservations, so please call us at (425) 224-4167 in the later hours to ensure that we’re open.

We will disinfect, then string your frame. We will then call you for a CC Payment (Visa or Mastercard) and schedule your pick-up. EVERY PICK-UP OR DROP-OFF MUST BE SCHEDULED AHEAD OF TIME.

To All MCTC Members & Students: On April 2nd, Gov Inslee extended the Stay At Home order to May 4th. Mill Creek Tennis club will comply and be temporarily closed until that date. Please stay home and stay safe. We will be open as soon as possible.

To All MCTC Members & Students: We hope you and your family are healthy and well. This is an update on Governor Jay Inslee’s statewide orders regarding the Covid-19 induced closure of tennis clubs.( MCTC).  The health and safety of our Members, Guests and Students are of paramount importance to the Club Management.  With that in mind MCTC will be temporarily closed until further notice as mandated by Governor Inslee.  During this down time Byron & Clarke will be disinfecting the Club, Pressure Washing the Outdoor Courts and getting the Nets up. Once we are given the all clear the Club Indoor and Outdoor courts will be ready for for safe and healthy tennis activity that we all miss.  
Club Monthly Dues: We are prepared to credit dues to Members accounts for the last 2 weeks of March 16th-31st. 
Jr Program Fees:  All missed Jr Program Classes will be credited to the next  monthly session once MCTC reopens. 

These are challenging times. It is our goal to reopen the club as soon as possible. We will await Governor Inslee’s next statement regarding the month of April. Expect more updates as things develop.

Effective immediately, Governor Inslee has issued orders that all Bars, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, and Recreational Facilities (such as MCTC) are to be closed temporarily. MCTC will comply.  Hopefully this will be a short term situation and we can open up our doors again. Watch for e-mail updates.
